Frequently Asked Questions
Got questions? You’re not alone. Here are answers to some of the most common questions people ask before starting health coaching with me.
How will health coaching help you?
As a health coach I help you:
Set achievable health goals
Create a step-by-step action plan
Get support and accountability along the way
Nutrition and meal planning
Sleep and stress optimization
Movement and exercise guidance
Detoxification strategies
We’ll also track key biomarkers like glucose, ketones, and oxygen saturation—and make adjustments based on your goals and progress.
I work in collaboration with your doctor to ensure that you’re supported both medically and holistically.
What happens during the free 15-minute consultation?
This is a no-pressure call to get to know each other. You can share your goals and health background, and I’ll explain how coaching works and whether we’re a good fit. It’s also a chance to ask any questions you may have.
What’s the difference between hourly coaching and a package?
Hourly coaching offers flexible, one-time support—great for quick questions or standalone sessions. Packages offer better value and structure, especially if you’re just getting started. They include a mix of 90-minute and 45-minute sessions tailored to your needs.
Can I work with you remotely?
Yes. Most of my clients work with me via Zoom or phone, though in-person sessions may be available depending on location.
Do you take insurance?
At this time, coaching is not covered by insurance. Payment is due in advance by credit card, check, or digital payment. However, many clients feel the investment is well worth it for the personalized support and long-term impact on their health.
