HAWAII: Residents of Hawaii will need to work with a physician to order the ReCODE or PreCODE lab tests and then share the lab results with Michael to generate your ReCODE or PreCODE Reports. (Please see the DATA MANAGEMENT section below for additional costs.)

WASHINGTON (and other US Mainland States): Residents of Washington can order the baseline labs directly through Apollo Health and generate your ReCODE or PreCODE Report automatically.

 
Data Management Fee for generating ReCODE or PreCODE Reports
$125 for the first ReCODE or PreCODE Report, $75 for subsequent reports generated. There is a 50% discount for the data management fees for those who purchase a coaching package as well.
